Objectives of the Position

To work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on proposals, sales support, presentations, outreach, and research.

This is a remote position.

Position Requirements

  • Craft compelling responses to client RFIs and RFPs
  • Convert ideas into presentations (working in an iterative manner)
  • Prepare supporting material and collateral for proposals
  • Secondary research skills to unearth client specific intelligence
  • Monitor and manage workflows on client’s RFI/RFP systems for proposals
  • Maintain internal knowledge base on proposals
  • Maintain CRM with up-to-date information


Industry/Functional Expertise

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience
  • Experience with creating proposals for Banking and Financial Services industry
  • Familiarity with GRC, TPRM, Vendor Management programs/processes/tools
  • Experience in proposals for subscription-based SaaS platforms in the GRC/TPRM/VM space a plus

  • Coordinate between multiple internal functions and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Complete projects within deadlines and budgets
