Objectives of the Position
To work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on proposals, sales support, presentations, outreach, and research.
This is a remote position.
Position Requirements
- Craft compelling responses to client RFIs and RFPs
- Convert ideas into presentations (working in an iterative manner)
- Prepare supporting material and collateral for proposals
- Secondary research skills to unearth client specific intelligence
- Monitor and manage workflows on client’s RFI/RFP systems for proposals
- Maintain internal knowledge base on proposals
- Maintain CRM with up-to-date information
Industry/Functional Expertise
- 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Experience with creating proposals for Banking and Financial Services industry
- Familiarity with GRC, TPRM, Vendor Management programs/processes/tools
- Experience in proposals for subscription-based SaaS platforms in the GRC/TPRM/VM space a plus

- Ability to work with the C-suite
- Coordinate between multiple internal functions and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Complete projects within deadlines and budgets
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
